Air Products AS win a major Contract

Air Products AS has won a the contract to supply the worlds largest Nitrogen Generator plant to Costa Azul in Mexico.

This project is very interesting for us, as this is by far the largest contract for a Nitrogen Membran supply in Air Products AS history. The unit is the world largest membrane nitrogen generator ever delivered. The nitrogen unit , used as Nitrogen Injection Facility at an LNG Regasification Terminal, is designed for delivery of 21 300 Sm3h with 97 % Nitrogen purity, delivery pressure at 9.6 barg.

The plant will be installed in Mexico close to the seaside, in a demanding environment, wich requires high quality components that can stand the corrosive environment. The delivery is planned for spring 2009.

Our customer, Ica Flour is an Industrial engineering and construction company jointly owned by Mexico's ICA and U.S. Fluor Corp.
